How do I work?

My approach with individuals blends expressive arts therapy, mindfulness, and sensory awareness with neuro-psychological approaches such as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

I offer in-depth work, initially aiming to alleviate symptoms, while over the long term my goal is to assist you in gently working through underlying issues in a warm therapeutic relationship. I emphasize life skills and draw on DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to help support a more mindful and satisfying life. I have taught at agencies, conferences and schools internationally.

I offer classes and workshops for businesses and organizations that wish to optimize the creative and personal competencies of their employees or members. My focus is on creative thinking and problem solving, self-expression through the arts, emotion regulation and communication skills as well as mindfulness training to lower stress and promote health, innovation and joy. I have taught and coached for large and small groups, private and public institutions, agencies, universities and conferences internationally. To read more please click here.
